Advances in the management of network resources through computational intelligence tools Javier Rubio Loyola

Javier Rubio Loyola received the Engineering degree in communications and electronics and the M.Sc. degree in digital systems from the National Polytechnic Institute of Mexico and the Ph.D. degree in telecommunications from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, Barcelona. He is a Research Scientist with the Center for Research and Advanced Studies, National Polytechnic Institute, Mexico. He has participated in a number of Spanish and IST-European research projects mainly in the network management area. His research interests focus on network management, network functions virtualization, and software-defined networks.
