Marco Rosas is a Sociologist from the University of Concepción and a Master's in Technological Management from the University of Talca, Chile. With more than 12 years of professional experience in both public and academic institutions, he has worked in the field of design and implementation of public policies, programs, R & D & i project management and socio-technological transfer. He is currently the Director of Innovation at Inacap Osorno, Chile.
